January: AFTER
Created as the companion lounge to the Michelin-starred restaurant Ever, After transcends the typical cocktail bar. It aims to offer an immersive experience where patrons can "finally exhale" within a space that is as awe-inspiring as twilight.
February: global consulting firm
In the renovation of its Chicago office, a confidential Global Consulting Firm sought a contemporary and welcoming environment that catered to diverse working styles and requirements. Collaborating closely with SmithGroup, Corporate Concepts ensured seamless coordination between furniture selections and the office's architectural design.
March: ASPEN
The Aspen Group transferred its headquarters from upstate New York to the lively Fulton Market neighborhood in Chicago. The objective was to establish an appealing atmosphere capable of attracting top-tier talent and fostering employment prospects. The newly acquired space spans an impressive 200,000 square feet, solidifying its position as one of the largest corporate headquarters in the neighborhood.
April: United
Located at the iconic 108-floor Willis Tower, United Airlines recently initiated the revitalization of two key amenity hubs. These enhancements encompass lounging areas, working pods, a kitchen, coffee bar, and outdoor spaces. The airline aimed to create cohesive environments that cater to diverse purposes such as collaboration, socializing, relaxation, and more.
May: 1045 W. Fulton
Fulton Market's 1045 W. Fulton offers a blend of flexibility and contemporary design. This ten-story office development by Fulton St. Companies is WELL-certified, showcasing an innovative approach to office space.
June: Cresa
Commercial real estate firm Cresa moved its headquarters to Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood to set a benchmark for crafting a dynamic post-pandemic workplace. In collaboration with the architecture and design firm LJC, we crafted furniture solutions that promoted hospitality, collaboration, and provided diverse settings for high-performance individual work.
July: ESME
ESME Restaurant, a chic addition to Chicago's dining scene, has rapidly become renowned for its outstanding features. With a contemporary and minimalist interior design expertly curated by HED, the restaurant emanates an inviting ambiance. Corporate Concepts meticulously chose pieces that align seamlessly with HED's vision.
August: 9Rooftops
Enter the vibrant realm of 9Rooftops, an imaginative marketing agency celebrated for its dedication to originality. Partnering with NORR, a top-tier architecture firm, we endeavored to furnish their dynamic, remote-first Chicago office designed to foster a sense of community.
September: Prominent transportation service
Enter the central hub of a prominent transportation company that has embraced a workpoints approach to redefine its workplace. This innovative strategy seamlessly merges the adaptability found in coworking spaces with the amenities and resources typical of a traditional office, resulting in a workspace that thrives on collaboration and productivity.

At the heart of Applied Systems' office ethos lies a commitment to employee well-being, meticulously realized through a thoughtful design process in collaboration with Charlie Greene Studio, the creative minds behind this groundbreaking workspace.This office is designed as a space where employees can not only flourish but also feel their very best.
November: BERGER SCHATZ
Berger Schatz, a distinguished law firm known for its excellence, sought to transform its office space, aiming to mirror its dedication to innovation and collaboration. In collaboration with Charlie Greene Studio, they aspired to craft a space that successfully combined functionality with style.
December: Sacks family office
Nestled in Highland Park, Illinois, the Sacks Family Office stands as a testament to the refined elegance envisioned by Whitney Architects. Encompassing a generous 2,500 square feet, this office space serves as a harmonious fusion of aesthetic appeal and functional design, intricately crafted to align with the discerning taste and philanthropic pursuits of its esteemed client.
