When modernizing their West Chicago headquarters, their goal was to create a new, collaborative space to inspire cutting-edge creations - The Innovation Center.
Ball Horticultural's new habitat certainly lives up to its founder's motto - "All the best and nothing else." This bright work environment features lab rooms, 300+ workstations, 70 private offices, 20 conference rooms, and additional break-out spaces, all set within a backdrop of the company's beautifully landscaped outdoor space.
Workstations from Knoll feature stackable glass modules to offer privacy without impeding views of Ball Horticultural's gorgeous grounds. In addition, we've added warm wood gallery panels to compliment the architecture and bring outdoor elements inside.
Another notable gem of the Innovation Center is the new company's cafe. This space is intentionally multi-dimensional and meant to serve as a centralized gathering place for socializing, dining, and collaboration.
