Last fall, James Hardie Industries, the world's leading producer and marketer of high-performance fiber cement and fiber gypsum building solutions, opened their new, 68,000-square-feet headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
With stunning views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, and the city skyline, this space was intended to "elevate and enlarge" James Hardie's perspective, focusing on "the neighborhoods where our customers and employees live and work."
For their new headquarters, James Hardie envisioned an office that represented the stability and strength of their company while embracing the sense of flow elicited by the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Working with GARNETT Architects, LLC, the Corporate Concepts team helped curate unique furniture solutions to make their vision a reality.
