Project of the Month: AmericanAG
When it came time to refresh their 30,000 sq ft suburban Chicago space, AmericanAg knew they wanted to stick with a vendor they knew and trusted. AmericanAg had Knoll furniture they had purchased through our team in 2005 that still held up to this day, solidifying Knoll as their primary choice for the refresh. Stantec led the interior design of the space, with Corporate Concepts partnering to assist with furniture selections to support varying styles of work throughout their new state of the art space.

As we worked with Stantec to refurnish the space, we kept these values in mind. Our team worked diligently to understand AmericanAg’s growing needs so that we could develop a high-performing, professional space that would allow them to better serve their employees and clients.
In doing this, we furnished 89 workstations and 9 private offices, in addition to ancillary spaces, using a combination of furniture from Knoll across their Dividends, Reff, Generation, Sapper, and Muuto product lines. Additional manufacturers utilized to create a unique ancillary mix included Keilhauer, West Coast Industries, and Bernhardt furniture.
Carrying on During COVID19
The first showroom presentation took place in June 2020, just after the COVID-19 shutdowns in March. Construction was completed and furniture was installed seamlessly during this period of uncertainty, despite our teams having to navigate ongoing changes to city and statewide rules and regulations. Through close coordination with the client, Stantec, and the project general contractor, our account and project management team were able to ensure project success and continuity.
