In a collaboration for leading alternative investment management firm, Kayne Anderson, Corporate Concepts recently installed 16 private offices and five workstations at 150 N. Riverside highrise on the Chicago river west bank.
Anderson’s new 7,850 square foot space now offers high-performance workspaces as well as non-traditional meeting spaces. These collaborative areas were intentionally intermixed based on the company’s need to host clients and an internal goal to promote camaraderie amongst colleagues.
Corporate Concepts Account Executive, Emily Ory, in partnership with the project design experts at GREC Architects guided the Kayne Anderson team to a furniture solution that both supported their work style and reinforced their brand’s culture. Their new space features an intentional mix of finishes including a sprinkling of soft textiles, natural wood and stunning quartz.
Our project team remained agile throughout the planning and construction process. By fabricating the quartz boardroom table locally, we helped bring the project under budget for Kayne Anderson. Emily personally rolled up her sleeves to adjust a particular private office’s orientation shortly before move-in to accommodate specific user preferences.
